September 9, 2021

After discussion with the Steering Committee, the decision has been made to change the format of ICDCN.
The ICDCN 2021 conference will be held as a virtual conference to take everyone's health and safety.

June 22, 2021

We, the organizers of ICDCN 2021, are fully aware of the potential impact the COVID-19 pandemic. If needed, we will be exploring contingency plans, such as running it virtually, depending on the situation in the next several months. However, the conference will be held one way or another, and we are committed to present a high quality technical program in terms of top-notch keynote speakers, competitively accepted peer-reviewed papers (proceedings published by the ACM), exciting panels, and other associated events like cutting-edge workshops, posters and demo session. If the conference will be held in person, we will accept all reasonable requests from individuals who are unable to travel and attend due to the pandemic and related reasons. In any case, all the accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings published by the ACM.
